Description
Secura Hosting Ltd is a dynamic and progressive company which is at the leading edge of a technology
sector that is growing at a phenomenal rate. The company is positioned for
rapid growth within the Hosting and IT arena and are looking to recruit and
reward high calibre sales Executives to help drive our development forward.
The role involves selling our range of managed dedicated servers, managed services
and other products and solutions across market sectors.
You will ideally be a graduate with 3 years sales experience and preferably within
an ISP / Hosting environment. You will have demonstrated the ability to meet and
exceed targets.
- To achieve an annual revenue target, by managing controllable churn and erosion
(reactively)
- To achieve an annual revenue target by cross selling and up selling to the existing
base and / or by converting inbound leads
- Undertake other tasks and projects as directed by the business in the pursuit of
company objectives.
- To work closely with the company directors to identify business development opportunities
- To ensure that you have the level of sales, product, technical knowledge and customer
service training required in achieving targets and objectives.
- To complete pipelines and any other systems accurately and regularly in line with
achieving set company objectives and targets
- To work with the Customer Relations team to ensure that the team is managing all
incoming calls and customer administration is answered and executed in an effective
and efficient manner in order to deliver 100% customer service and satisfaction
to all existing and potential clients
- The position carries a target of £2K+ in new business revenue per
month
- This opportunity offers the chance to overachieve against target and reap the benefits

Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience and preferably within an ISP / Hosting environment
- Candidate must have experience of selling to the SME marketplace
- An excellent relationship builder, with good networking skills is required
- Key attributes associated with this role include being extremely self-motivated,
hungry and credible at senior management level
- The candidate should be activity driven with the ability to generate their own business.
Location
You will preferably be able to work from our offices in either Welwyn
Garden City or St Albans, but this is not essential in which case you will need
to be able to work from home.

Essential Skills and Experience
You most hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner in order to
be able to meet with current and potential clients for which a car benefit will be available.
