Secura Consulting may utilise artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support research, information analysis, document development, drafting, editing, data review and administrative activities.

AI is used as an enabling technology to improve efficiency, support analysis and assist in the development of client deliverables. The use of AI does not replace professional judgement, critical thinking, consultation, verification or client engagement.

All advice, reports, assessments, investigations, audits, reviews and consulting services provided by Secura Consulting remain subject to professional review, verification and judgement. Responsibility for the quality, accuracy, appropriateness and suitability of all work products remains with Secura Consulting.

Secura Consulting adopts an evidence-based approach to professional practice. Findings, observations, conclusions and recommendations are developed using available evidence and information relevant to the scope of work. This may include source documents, records, interviews, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, operational data, inspection findings, observations, legislative requirements, standards, technical references and other relevant information.

Artificial intelligence tools may assist in the organisation, review, analysis or presentation of information but are not relied upon as a sole source of evidence, fact, findings, conclusions or assurance. Where AI-generated outputs are used, they are subject to review, verification and validation against available evidence and relevant source material.

Where practicable, findings, conclusions and recommendations are supported by identifiable source material capable of independent review.

Appropriate consideration is given to privacy, confidentiality, information security and the protection of client information. The use of AI tools will be undertaken in a manner consistent with applicable legal, contractual, ethical and professional obligations.

Secura Consulting supports the transparent, responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence while maintaining accountability for all advice, findings, recommendations and services provided.
