Secura Consulting provides practical, bespoke support to organisations seeking to strengthen their approach to health, safety, risk, emergency management, security, investigations, governance and operational performance.

Led by Damian Nisbet, Secura Consulting draws on more than 30 years of operational and leadership experience gained across military, law enforcement, local government, mining, heavy industry and private sector environments. This experience has been developed across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and other challenging operational settings, including remote, regional and austere environments where safety, risk, security and operational performance are closely interconnected.

Damian has supported organisations operating in complex and often high consequence environments where the successful management of risk extends well beyond compliance obligations. His experience includes helping organisations achieve operational objectives while protecting their people, assets, reputation, environment, operational performance and licence to operate.
